Long flights can take a toll on its flyers, but it’s important to remember that there are other people going through the same experience as you. They may have their own set of worries, anxieties, medical conditions, and discomfort too. It’s highly important that you be kind to the person beside you, the flight attendants, and anyone else that is around you.

After all, they are your first line of help should you need assistance or medical evacuations. Either way, being kind can make a long flight that much more pleasant for everyone, and who knows, you may end up making new companions on it too.
