For the last 12 years, she has worked in the insurance assistance sector, specializing in home, travel, and medical assistance programs. In her current role, she manages medical travel assistance services, ensuring that travelers receive timely and effective support during emergencies. Her work involves coordinating with clients, partners, and internal teams to deliver smooth and reliable service from start to finish.

Dr Huang is an accomplished commercial leader with over 20 years of experience across the Asia Pacific. Her experience includes a GenAI startup, senior leadership roles at Ant International and advisory positions in fintech and academia, supported by a Doctorate from Hong Kong PolyU and an MBA from Leiden University. She drives EMA Global's AI strategy and digital transformation by leading data science and engineering teams to deliver solutions for both internal operations and client services.
