Dexter is the Deputy CEO of EMA Global. With over 15 years of experience in leadership roles, he oversees EMA Global's group strategy and business units across operations, network, quality control to ensure sustainable business growth. He is also involved in special projects that spans product and services development and deployment of AI solutions.
Beda Biala Jr
Group COO, Country Director, Philippines
With nearly 30 years in emergency medical and travel assistance, Beda is a registered nurse with expertise in emergency room and flight nursing. As Chief Operating Officer of EMA Global, he oversees assistance centers, business development, product innovation, and service quality across our global operations. As Country Director for the Philippines, he leads regional operations and ensures rapid emergency response throughout the archipelago. His clinical and operational background strengthens EMA Global’s ability to deliver reliable, responsive care worldwide.
Adulsak (Pom) Esichaikul
Country Director, Thailand
Pom has been in the assistance industry for the last 35 years. He currently leads EMA Global's Thailand operations, overseeing its growth and business goals.
Taro Matsumoto
Country Director, Japan
Taro-san has a career in the assistance industry spanning two decades. He has lead teams across travel and medical assistance, claims, and fraud investigations. He is well-versed in Japanese insurance and its complex healthcare system and currently spearheading EMA Global's Japan operations.
Loh Kim Loon
Head of Assistance, Malaysia
Mr Loh is the current Head of Assistance, a highly experienced crisis operations professional with over 25 years of operational experience in the international medical and security assistance industry. He has extensive hands-on expertise in managing complex medical evacuations, security evacuations, and large-scale crisis responses across multiple regions worldwide. His career spans frontline operations, regional oversight, and global oordination, with a strong track record in handling high-risk, time-critical cases involving multiple stakeholders, including governments, healthcare providers, insurers, and corporate clients. Mr Loh has played key roles in several major international crisis responses, winning multiple industry awards.
