Accreditations
Proven, not promised.
EMA Global has been accredited by the European Aeromedical Institute (EURAMI) since 2012. In 2026, we added accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems (CAMTS), becoming the first air ambulance and assistance centre in Asia to hold both, an accreditation shared by only a small number of providers worldwide. Our information security is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
Voluntary, and externally audited.
No law requires it. We choose to be assessed. Each body examines every part of our work, from clinical care and aviation operations to safety, governance and data security, and we must keep meeting their requirements to stay accredited.
Reviewed after every mission.
Accreditation sets the standard. Our own reviews help us raise it. Each mission ends with a debrief and a post-mission review, and what we learn feeds straight back into training.
Why it matters.
Insurers and corporates get proof they can take to their boards, auditors and clients, without relying on our word alone. Families can trust that every crew, aircraft and medical team caring for their loved one meets the highest benchmarks in aeromedical care.
Our accreditations
EURAMI and CAMTS certify how we care for and transport patients, and ISO/IEC 27001 certifies how we protect their data.
EURAMI
Accredited continuously since 2012, valid to March 2028. Our aircraft, medical equipment, clinical protocols and crews are assessed against the latest fixed-wing standards.
- Regional and long-haul air ambulance
- Adult and paediatric critical care transport
- Commercial airline medical escorts, at standard and advanced care levels
Our air ambulance and medical escort services are certified for regional and long-haul routes.
CAMTS
Accredited in April 2026, valid to April 2029. It’s an in-depth review of our entire operation, from medical protocols and crew training to flight safety and vehicle maintenance. Recognised by the Air Medical Physicians Association, the Aerospace Medical Association and the International College of Advanced Practice Paramedics.
- Air ambulance and ground ambulance transport
- Critical care, advanced and basic life support
- Adult, paediatric, perinatal and high-risk obstetric patients
- Patients on intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) support
Our patients are cared for to the same accredited standard in the air ambulance and the ground ambulance, from one hospital bed to the next.
ISO/IEC 27001:2022
Certified to the global standard for information security management, valid to June 2027. It covers our medical assistance and transport services, including medical evacuation and repatriation.
