Phyllis11 September 2026I am deeply grateful to EMAG for the assistance provided when my elderly mum suffered a serious fall while we were in Bintan. It was an extremely stressful situation, especially being overseas. EMAG was responsive and reassuring throughout. They coordinated the medical arrangements and deployed a medical team to assist with bringing my mum safely back to Singapore for further treatment. What I particularly appreciated was the end-to-end assistance. Their team facilitated our departure through the Bintan ferry terminal and immigration clearance, as well as the immigration clearance upon arrival in Singapore. With my mum injured and unable to move around normally, this made a huge difference and saved me from having to navigate these processes on my own during such a stressful time. Bryan3 September 2026My grandmother suffered a stroke and her heart was in no stable condition. She was admitted to the local hospital and we wanted to bring her home to a better care. EMA is fast and reliable. They evacuated my family home to Singapore and assembled a team of 13 people within a day. Within 48 of activation, her who was in critical condition was evacuated home safely with continuity of care throughout. The doctors were very supportive, professional and helpful throughout. Thank you for bringing her home so expeditiously. She was in the good hands of the EMA team. Parry Tan16 August 2026I recently went on a motorcycle tour to Leh-Ladakh, India (8–16 August 2026). While the landscapes and organisation of the tour were excellent, I unfortunately developed rather severe Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS) and had to make the difficult decision to descend early on 11 August from Hanle. What stood out most during this challenging situation was the outstanding coordination and support I received from EMA Global Pte Ltd. While the tour operator Mountain Voyages handled the on-ground logistics and emergency taxi evacuation professionally and with genuine care, at the same time, I was in constant contact with EMA Global (Winston Jong and his team) who provided calm, clear, and extremely helpful medical guidance and reassurance throughout my ordeal. Their support gave me the confidence to prioritise my health. Equally important was the peace of mind provided by NTUC Income. Knowing that my insurer was aligned and that the necessary support and claims process would be properly looked after allowed me to focus on recovering and making the right decisions without added stress. I am extremely grateful to EMA Global for their excellent assistance, and to NTUC Income for the strong backing that made a difficult situation much more manageable. While I have safely returned home to Singapore to continue my recovery, this unfortunate episode has at the same time given me the opportunity to experience the professionalism rendered by EMA Global, in close partnership with NTUC Income. George12 August 2026My mom was hospitalized in Taipei due to spine injury, and almost immobile. We engaged EMA Global for medivac. Their response and action were superb. The entire medivac process, from preparation to execution were done in a very professional manner, plus a lot of soft touch which made us very comforting throughout. Both mom and family members were so pleased and thankful for their services. Mom was successfully evacuated back to Singapore in no time. She is gradually recovering. LOW SERENE30 March 2026When my husband suffered a heart attack in Canada, I was at a loss. The hospital in Montreal conducted tests and prescribed treatment but we had many worries, not least about how we were going to make it back home to Singapore safely. The EMA very quickly got together a team, organised several conference calls with us, looked at the medical reports and explained some things more clearly to me. This was reassuring. They continued checking in on us periodically and monitoring my husband’s condition to decide on the best time to return. They also flew us back with a medical team escort. The doctor and the nurse with us took very good care of us on the long flight back, monitoring his condition throughout. My family member fell very sick during holidays and I had purchased GE travel insurance before that. Upon hospitalisation, I contacted GE to report on claim, and they had their medical assistance team reach out to me to offer help. The GE team consisted of operations, doctors who provided round the clock advise on what is the best route I should pursue, even during weekends and Christmas holiday. Dr Eslyn, Dr Fahmi were very helpful and communicated with the doctor at the hospital, and Jag came down as medical escort as my family member needed medical equipment support. They were very conscious of our stress during this incident and also the urgency to act fast since we were about to fly home soon, and expedited the process of repatriating my family member back. You guys truly restored hope and a sense of security to us in one of the most desperate and terrifying moments of our lives. Jim Thompson17 August 2025Bali Motorcycle crash, worst case scenario, I coordinated all this for my friend. Call EMA Global, if you have insurance ask them to use EMA. We had Allianz. What is your life worth? These guys know what they are doing. If you dont have insurance pay and get them out of Bali. Winston is a Doctor and he knows what he is doing. Hospital here wanted to operate on ribs, unnecessary. EMA was able to guide and advise us what the Doctors in Bali were saying. We did the minimum in bali, drain lungs for flight. EMA will come to your hospital room in Bali and pick you up. EMA will coordinate admission to a hospital in Singapore and have surgeons lined up. Its a complicated process. Allianz is of no help getting medical help, they just pre-approve the medical flight. Be very suspect of the Doctors in Bali even at Siloam. They will want to keep you there, do not stay. Tell your insurance company the standard of care is not good, get EMA to take you out.
